Bimbingan Perguruan Profesional dalam Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi (BPPT)

A joint-effort program with Ministry of Education (MOE) to train teachers on When, When Not, and How to integrate ICT in teaching and learning in the classroom.

Trained approximately 100,000 teachers over 3 years from 2004 to 2007.

Program Pentauliahan Professional (3P)

A program to provide professional ICT training and certification to final year students of ICT and ICT related fields in public higher education institutions in Malaysia.

Started in year 2006, 3P has trained approximately 40,000 participants from 17 public universities, 27 polytechnics &16 community colleges.

The program offers approximately 60 certification courses from various vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, CompTIA, and many more.

More than 90% of 3P graduates been employed within 1 year:

  • 3P increases graduates knwledge and competency in IT, therefore increases chances of being employed.
  • Moving up the Value Chain, staying competitive in the Global Economy-more than 20% 3P graduates are now working with MNCs.
  • Professional certificates have helped the graduates in their career advancement.

Integrated Campus Management System (ICMS)

ICMS is a pilot project awarded by Ministry of Health (MOH) over a period of 5 months at 3 sites,namely:

  • Bahagian Pengurusan Latihan (BPL), Kuala Lumpur.
  • Kolej Jururawat Masyarakat Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
  • Kolej Pembantu Perubatan Alor Setar, Kedah.

It is comprehensive campus and learning management system that seamlessly integrates and manages all key functional work processes such as students' admission, examination, hostel and others. It saves time and money by increasing productivity with real-time communication between the front office, administrators, lecturers and the management.

ICMS also includes change management training that provides handholding session, training, consultations related to the project implementation.

Role-based Training For Civil Servant (RBTCS)

Appointed by Microsoft (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to provide ICT literacy training to civil servants in Malaysia.

Started in 2009, approximately 7,000 civil servants have been trained under this program.

Under the RBTCS Programme, we conduct ICT training and certification in INTAN training centres provided by the Public Service Department.

It should inevitably lead to:

  • Speeding-up of goverment processes to enhance delivery systems.
  • Digitisation, simplification and improvement of goverment-public interaction.
  • Enhancement in skills and training sets of public servants.
  • Enhancement in the ICT and non-ICT Project deliverables (within budget, specifications and timelines).
  • Enhancement of Goverment ICT Eco-system.

Managing University Software as an Enterprise (MUSE)

A joint-collaboration between Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd.

Contract for distribution and management of Microsoft and Autodesk software licenses to public higher education institutions in Malaysia.

Distributed and managed more than 5 million software licenses.



A special training program to foster national unity via appropriate use of technology.

It promotes the concept of 1Malaysia digitally by instilling the positive values in using technology appropriately while fostering unity in a multi-ethic society, via IC CITIZEN certification.

Received contract from Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture (MICC) to train 80,000 students and 40,000 community brodband users over a period of 2 years.

Komputer 1Malaysia Digital Literacy and Citizenship Program

A tailor-made ICT training program that provides relevant knowledge, skills and competencies under the National Broadband Initiative (NBI) for the Netbook recipients community.

Master Licensing Agreement (MLA 2.0)

The appointed Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner ("LSP") to provide Microsoft software under the Master Licensing Agreement (MLA) 2.0 to all Government Agencies in Malaysia. The contract is over the course of three (3) years effective from 1 February 2015 until 31 January 2018.

Vendor Development Program (1VDP)

1VDP is an initiative derived from the Master Licensing Agreement (MLA), a strategic partnership developed between Ministry of Finance Malaysia together with Microsoft (M) Sdn Bhd back in 2009. This programme offers opportunities to Business Entities registered with MOF, to acquire Microsoft certification standards for various Microsoft solutions.

This programme is one of government's efforts in improving human capital among the IT contractors who are registered with Ministry of Finance.

Oil & Gas Enhancement Programme

A special training program developed for a fast track entry into the engineering, production, field and operations sector of the Oil and Gas industry.

  • Specially developed in collaboration with Sapura Kencana Petroleum for professional overview and Autodesk Inc. for integrated software development and certification specialization.
